It’s perfect while waiting for a performance, for warm-up and stretching when you need extra warmth. Two layers deliver maximum comfort. Of course there is also Dragonfly embroidery on every back warmer.
Back warmer is designed for the exact moments that usually cool you down: between sets, during rehearsal breaks, while spotting, or right before you go on stage. The cut hugs the waist and lower back, so it stays in place when you move, breathe, and reset — no slipping, no constant fixing.
Use it for dance training, pole dance warm-ups, yoga stretches, and studio sessions where you want warmth without bulky layers. It’s also ideal for competitions, showcases, and workshops, when your body is warm but the room isn’t. The double-layer construction adds cozy warmth and a secure feel, while still staying light enough to pack in your training bag.
If you train in blocks, this becomes your on/off layer: put it on during rest, take it off when you’re ready to move, and keep your lower back protected throughout the session.

The back warmer has very good, warming quality (double layer). I got black and light blue: colors are exactly as displayed in the shop. (Note: Double layer also means it takes longer to dry after washing 😉).I have waist which means the lower part likes to roll up while moving as it can be seen in the pics. But with a high waist tight it still covers my back well enough. I should cut off the inside fabric label 🙈I definitely recommend.
Excelent but size is really small. I bought L/XL and I am not fat. Despite of this is really tiny.

Unfortunately I don't think my review is going to appeal to the average customer who appears to be young, lithe, and female! I'm a retired male who bought the back warmer to keep my lower body warm at night. It was delivered quickly and I was very pleased with the stylish product. 😉

I have loved all the back warmers I have purchased from Dragonfly but especially love these. The velvet ones don’t seem to hug as tight. They are true to size and really help to keep you warm! I love to wear them after a workout to prolong the cooldown process so my muscles don’t start misfiring!
