Goods shipped from the Czech Republic to destinations within the EU customs territory are not subject to import customs duty.

For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may apply. Charges legally payable by the recipient may be collected on import unless expressly included in the checkout total. Taxes which the seller must legally collect or pay remain the seller’s responsibility. A UK customs-duty threshold is not an exemption from VAT or handling fees.

Refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not itself constitute notice of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw, please tell us clearly. Where permitted by law, we may claim reasonable, documented costs caused by your breach, including return transport or repeat delivery. Statutory refunds are not automatically reduced by fulfilment fees, penalties or all original delivery charges. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
