Refunds for returned orders
Voluntary 90-day returns: we refund only the price of goods accepted for return. Original delivery charges are not refunded.
Statutory withdrawal: original delivery charges are refunded as required by law, up to our least expensive standard delivery for a full EU withdrawal. A notice sent within the legal period keeps these rights even if the parcel arrives later.
Mandatory rights and more favourable conditions agreed for earlier orders remain unchanged.
You can notify a statutory withdrawal clearly at info@dragonflybrand.com without using this form or obtaining our approval. If the portal is unavailable, you can also email your voluntary return request within 90 days of receipt.
