Ordered clothes worth €191 and nothing delivered!
Terrible. I order clothing and products worth €191 and 3 weeks later still waiting with no response. This is disgraceful behaviour toward customers.

Hello, we are very sorry. We moved our warehouse to 3PL. It was supposed to take a week, but unfortunately, complications occurred. At the same time, we had to change carriers from FedEx to DHL and from DPD to GLS - before all things were settled, some international packages were delayed. Now everything runs smoothly.
