Ilka R. They tell you it’s possible to return items that you do not like or that doesn´t suit you. What they do not tell you, or at least only if you search very well is that you will have to pay the postage for sending it back by yourself and they have no "return document". The link to the return document on their website does not work. And apparently, they also do not send it via e-mail. So, to return an item that cost me 33 €, I will have to pay 17€ postage to send it safely and with legal security that it arrived. Ridiculous. I will never ever order again by Dragonfly brand.
