REFUND POLICY

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When paying for your order with PayPal

When we refund a payment to a buyer using PayPal, the transaction fees (2.7% + 0,35€) that we already paid when receiving the original payment won't be returned! This is a PayPal policy. This is a PayPal policy that we pass on to the customer. If you are ordering multiple items, for example just to try on and you plan to return some items from your order, we recommend you choose a payment method other than PayPal.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping (we do not provide return labels)

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve 14 days to process the return since its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • With all labels attached

If you return an order for which you received a gift for meeting the condition of spending a certain amount, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the returned amount (in case that the original condition for spending a certain is not met).
